I red this story somewhere else in the recent past. What a concept. There MUST be ways to utilize this technology outside of running a car, how about home heating in rural areas?

This is not new. It was common during WWII when gas was rationed or not available in Europe.

It appears the wood and garbage this truck burns emits more carbon than gas. Other than not using oil, not an improvement.

If CNG were available, I'd convert my vehicles to run on CNG... and, if that were the case, I'd also try to gasify wastes...
