Toronto mayor admits he reads while driving

GasBuddy Blog -- Sadly, this is no joke. We're not kidding. The Toronto Sun reports that Rob Ford, the mayor of Toronto, has no qualms admitting that he reads while driving his Cadillac Escalade at up to 70 mph on his way to and from work.

Is it arrogance? Indifference? Whatever it is, he's a menace to public safety, and ironically, the newspaper reports that there's nothing illegal about the peculiar example Ford chooses to set while driving to represent the people of Toronto. Why is reading while driving legal?

We call them "billboards." Maybe Toronto mayor is just compensating for their lack of roadside "banner ads". Thus ends my sarcasm against outdoor advertising.

Let's see how quick your police would charge Harper should he be caught phoning & texting...of course he wouldn't be because he doesn't drive himself but you get the point. Very few will vote Ford again unless he really turns things around.

Water in a cup with a cap and a straw is a good example. However, you cannot read and not have your eyes diverted away from where you are going.
