I did not realize that they were still burying veterans on the Arizona. If you stand on the Memoraial and look mauka, you will see a 32 story high rise apartment building. I lived in the building for six months while waiting for government quarters in 1977. Each morning when I looked out over Pearl Harbor I had a bird's eye view of the Arizona Memorial. It is a stunning site and one I will never forget.
